Founder and CEO
Thea founded Somewhat after seeing a gap in the market for an agency that understood that mobile is transformative and a lead part of any multichannel digital and phygital campaign. She has strategically brought this to life in campaigns that have mobile at the core, creating content that is naturally shareable and achieves real talkability for clients.
Previously she worked as Strategy Director at mobile agency Marvellous on brands such as Vauxhall, Nokia, Vodafone, Coca Cola, Adidas and Timberland. She is experienced in working with startups which means she knows how to be effective and adaptive.
She is widely recognised in the industry as an expert in mobile and teaches at D&AD workshops as well as regularly judging awards and speaking at conferences.
Mireia joined Somewhat in 2015 as creative lead to shape ground breaking and beautifully crafted user experience campaigns.
She has worked in the creative industry for 9 years with a focus on UX, including creating the first banking website for Lloyds and the first ecommerce sites for Selfridges and Universal Records. Her experience spans many different sectors including banking, telecommunication and retail and she has worked on BT, Orange, Sainsbury's, Lacoste, Jack Wills and M&S to name a few. She has worked in award winning digital agencies, creative boutiques and for startups.
Mireia brings to the team a deep understanding of branding, UX and UI design and mobile which means she is able to craft innovative multichannel digital campaigns that are truly engaging and user friendly.
When he became Somewhat's Technical Director in 2015, Craig brought with him over 15 years experience in technology and leadership roles. He previously co-founded two startups in the ecommerce space, growing one to over £7m in annual revenue prior to its acquisition, and raising over £1m in early stage funding along the way. He has worked with several other high growth startups, and has provided mentoring and support to numerous early stage ventures.
